Ozzy's Kebab Pizza - Llandovery

Spoke to the lady on the phone. She was so rude. In fact so rude I rang back two minutes later and cancelled the order as we wasn’t picking up for another half hour anyway (passing through Llandovery on the way home). The abuse I got on the phone was so awful I hung up. It’s a shame because it never used to be like this and the food is pretty good. Personally I’ll never go again as the service lets everything down. Food: 5
