Paid 100 bucks for a pile of salted refuse. Used to be really good but seams like everything is over salted now. The prime rib was good but the brisket and beef ribs were too salty. Took the enjoyment out of eating it. Salty salty salty. Potato salad wasdecent, Cole slaw was good, beans were good. Salt.

Really a treat to savor the brisket. Juicy fell apart so tender. Great potato salad. Cobbler to die for.

This is in my top 3 of best bar-b-que I've ever tasted. It was so good i forgot to try the sauce with the brisket. I look forward to my next trip that way to try some more of the fabulous food!

The meat sells by the pound but you can tell the guys there exactly how much you want and they'll trim itfor you. Once you've picked your servings, you'll go inside and hand the tray of meat over to the people inside to weigh it.While in line, you can pick your choice of peach cobbler, apple pie, blackberry or pecan pie. I recommend all of them, they'remade just right! After you pay you can seat yourself in their benches inside. There is an overflow area across the street fromthe pits. At the self serve bar they have pickles, onions and beans and utensils. Paper towels are available at the bench yousest yourself at. And also fountain drinks and sweet tea. There is also an area where you can place your utensils and traysafter you're done, so please be courteous and help the staff out and throw your trash away.

The best bbq I?ve ever had! My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch on our way home from a long weekend. We wished we had bought more for even more leftovers! The pork ribs, brisket and jalapeño sausage were great, all dipped in the sauce! Throw in themost flavorful baked potato we?ve ever had and it was just amazing! A must stop for us when visiting the hill country!
