We ordered pizza and wings in our hotel for a late dinner. the order by phone was simple and our order was delivered on time and correctly. we will definitely order from here again.
Dominos is my favourite place for families from which they are ordered. there are very friendly, always fast and little smaller chaos like a timw forget my pop. he turned around and got it plus an extra. always smiling faces. our favorite pizza is the Brooklyn...style it is filling and huge discs. if you feed a few there cheap, then a normal pizza.
I went to the dominos on the evening of Monday 25th april. I went in and there were no employees, except a man in uniform, who I think was a supplier, standing on his handy. I stood there for a few minutes, like an idiot, waited for him to acknowledge me. when it became clear that he only kept ignoring me and didn't want to help me faust on his own, I said up and asked if someone works here. he looked at me as if he had interrupted me on his phone and disappeared on the back. a minute or so later he returned with another man who looked as unwilling to work. he also looked revealed and dirty. not especially want to order pizza more, I decided to order just some cinnastix and instead to get a pizza from papa johns. I asked him how long it would take, and he said ten minutes. So I left the building and ran another reload to pass the time. when I returned, ten minutes later, I had the same experience as before. no sign of the second guy, only the supplier was still on the phone. I approached the narrator and made a noisy look." He didn't recognize me. I coughed loud, and he refused to lift his eyes off his phone, even though he knew I was standing there. I looked out and could see that my cinnastix came out on the other side of that many times and was sitting there and getting cold. I had a good idea to just go over me and get me dinner. I would have paid it. if I hadn't already paid it, I wouldn't even have picked it up because that terrible service. I would have asked for a refund. I lost the patient, I called, you want to get the guy back, or you just want to leave me here while my food gets cold. he gave me a silly look as it dared to interrupt him on his phone, and as if I had troubled him. he disappeared and returned a few minutes later with the other guy who looked just as unhappy about my return. I told him I'm here to get the cinnastix, and his answer was, they're almost done as if they were still cooking and I had appeared early. I didn't say they were on my lonely, cool order. he said something in another speech to the supplier, took the order out of the many and slit it up and gave it to me, seemingly relieved that I would finally go and stop interrupting her evening. I've been a fan of dominos for a long time, but not anymore. They would think that they would be grateful in this recession for their jobs and for every customer, but no, apparently not dominos. as a result I jump ship to papa johns that are much more friendly and eager, and offer free pizza once they bought a few (they operate a score system.) dominos has absolutely lost me, and I spread the word of this experience to all my friends and on social media. If they don't want to serve their customers, they can't expect them to be around much longer.
I always order pizza from dominos because of the online service. they have good looks and an easy way to know when they can pick up their pizza. but if I go in to pick it up, the staff are not friendly. if I had more. good and personal customer service, I give them 5 stars.
