McDonald's - Lloydminster

This evening I ordered a meal from McDonalds from Skip the Dishes, the past three times I have ordered nuggets and every time I have recieved the wrong dipping sauce. Not one time have I ordered sweet and sour dipping sauce but everytime all I have recieved is sweet and sour dipping sauce. I called them to discuss this ongoing issue and asked for a manager, Dan was the person on the phone who also claimed to be the manager. I find this extremely hard to believe because at no time should a manager be yelling at a customer on the phone calling him/her a liar. After him telling me I ordered sweet and sour sauce he asked for the receipt number, I gave him the number and he admitted he was wrong, he then told me I could come get the sauces I ordered free of charge. This was a skip the dishes order and I wanted it delivered for a reason, extremely poor manager on shift and clearly he should not be in the position he currently holds. Yet another terrible experince at highway 16 McDonalds I really do hope the owner of this fast food chain deals with this manager. WORST MANAGER IN LLOYDMINSTER.

Love when the workers in drive thru are happy and friendly! Meal was quick and fresh and they made sure to include the dipping sauces I requested!

We had coffee in this restaurant on Feb 24, 2020 the coffee was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean, service was good, staff was friendly

Terrible service, walked in this morning, no one else ordering..and still got my coffee wrong. When I went back in to get right 1, she told me I ordered it wrong..no apologies. Happens often. How can you get 1 coffee w 1 milk mixed up with splenda????

We ate lunch in this restaurant today. The food was fresh and hot. coffee was very good not bitter. The service was excellent. It was nice to see someone cleaning tables.
