Hi, I was on lunch break and I went here as I did every week to eat, since the sandwiches are not bad, typical kebab, but the service is really worth it, and now I explain why: I ordered a kebab sandwich when there was no one, only I as a client and told me that in 5 min. will be ready, at this point I sat out and I expected... then many boys arrived to order the sandwiches, I noticed that it served almost everyone so I went to ask where is my legendary kebab?! To that question the ignorant who made the sandwiches answered me that he thought I left when I actually sat outside at the table, without even apologising he said I still have to wait while I told him you just lost a client. Eventually it was a waste of time, I'm never going back to that hole! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The kebab would also be good but it is in fact that having taken the tray they had not broken the piece of detached meat thus resulting in a whole strip of meat. It turns out a big mess to eat it. I'll try again....maybe

I didn’t go to it much but I see that as products there is choice and quality compared to other similar ones, this is nothing bad. Some cleaning on the walls would not hurt

Great place much better than there was before, delicious kebab and also sandwiches and chips, according to me it is the best fast food of pistoia !!!
