Ordered online shoes up to get my stuff was told I didn’t ordered it with having proof on my phone that I didn’t I have to pay again after asking why Manager, Michelle told me tough luck call your bank we are like a gas station we don’t refund lol ? what so after talking to the very unprofessional rude manager Michelle I just left she wouldn’t helpMe or refund me so I paid double for what I ordered with proof on my dunkin app she also add the app and dunkin are not the same my question is where is my money the store have it or the unprofessional rude lady they call manager
Me and my boyfriend went through this morning and first of all: the speaker didn’t pick up his voice very well so we had to repeat, which isn’t the staffs fault. But she took awhile to respond to us even when she heard us? Then we ordered a chicken wrap and they were out but didn’t tell us until we got to the window so we got the chorizo wrap instead (which isn’t reason enough for a bad review but did add to the experience) THEN after we finally got our food and drove off my avocado toast had no bacon, I thought we may have been misheard so I checked the receipt and no, we were charged for the bacon. My boyfriend needed to get to class and I can’t drive without glasses so I couldn’t get it fixed. The lack of bacon didn’t make the toast inedible, but it was still a let down on an already unfortunate visit.
