Loop Lil's Pizza - Lockhart

The pizza is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is slow and appears irritated when you make a request. Regardless of how busy they are, you can expect to wait an hour for your pizza. At this point, it feels more like a bar than a restaurant.

Maybe they want to be a bar or miss their covid restrictions. I am not sure, but they are not friendly by any means. The whole staff made us feel like an inconvenience. We were also told we were lucky they let us stay, because our party of 12 was too big. Even though we volunteered to split up. They made sure we knew they were doing us a favor apparently patronage is not how they make money. If getting to eat here is selective. The pizza is decent, but I recommend to go, so you don't have to get permission to stay or feel unwelcome. If we had known about Lilly's when this happened, I would have said we leave go there. An impromptu lunch with friends is welcome there it's an actual bar. ??‍ Parking: It's off the main thoroughfare, so parking is harder to find. It's a short walk from other streets where you can find parking. We parked 2 blocks over.

This was a great experience. Loop Lil’s is the kind of restaurant that went away during the pandemic. The place has character, good food and a great staff. We had the “build your own pizza” and drinks and just really enjoyed the time we spent there. We make frequent trips on 130 going past Lockhart and we’ll be back to try some of the other menu options.

We ordered a lot on this visit. Starters we had loaded cheese bread. It was excellent We ordered for our dinner, The Guffman pizza. It was fantastic! I ordered myself Me and Paul (Meatball sub) I was a little surprised at how much garlic that was used in the meatballs and the meatballs were a little dry. I would have gave 5 stars even 6. But the garlic was extreme and I love garlic! Salad n other 2 pizza 's we got were fantastic. The atmosphere was great n service was great! I will bring my family back here and chalk it up as It happens Thank you for the fantastic food!

Very cool place in downtown Lockhart! It's absolutely the best pizza I have ever had.
