Dunkin' - Lockport Township

I tried the new Churro donuts today at a few different locations in the area, Since a couple of them are running low, I had to make multiple trips . They were AWFUL. Churros are typically soft, and pull apart with a nice coating of cinnamon and sugar on them. I got a whole bag of these, expecting the same, but when I picked each one of them up, I noticed that all of them were rock-hard, and had almost no cinnamon or sugar on them. It all fell off. Not being one to mince words, I called Dunkin’ Donuts customer service, and filed a formal complaint to notify the locations to update their process, as this is being made incorrectly. To all the other, Latinas and Latinos out there please be cautious when ordering these!

They always make the coffee too sweet, no matter how many cream and sugars you ask for. I just started getting it on the side!

My order is never right (it’s not complicated either) and when I go inside to get it exchanged they use the same cup and pretty sure they just returned the same drink back to me lol.

Went there asked for my order and she was confused and didn't know how to make it question me about it so I left without anything totally unhappy unsatisfied no coffee was so upset probably never go there

Denies are good but there were flies buzzing around. That kin of killed the fellow for me. Dunkin can spend all this cash on the look but nothing on fly traps? Prices were normal but staff was nice and helpful.
