Feedback gevenThis has been very frustrating and disappointing. They really need to either update that sign or take it down. There are usually around 20 of us who stop by at night, and they rarely have anything available. Additionally, my coffee has either been poorly made or, at times, microwaved—yes, microwaved. The staff seems uninterested in their work, as if they are only there because they have to be, or perhaps because the minimum wage is higher. Please, Tim Hortons, get it together! I love your coffee, sandwiches, and donuts, but if these issues aren’t resolved, all of us third-shifters might stop ordering from your location. Thank you.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This location has the absolute worst customer service. I waited almost an hour to place my order, and it was just me and one other customer, who eventually left because it took too long. The staff walked right past me, seemingly ignoring that I was waiting. It's quite disappointing. This place desperately needs to improve its customer service skills, or perhaps they should consider hiring staff who have them.
I wasn't very impressed with my experience. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and they forgot to provide me with straws and napkins. I've spoken to a few others who mentioned that this seems to happen frequently.
Overall I?m usually very satisfied when I come to time hortons. But my last visit was horrible. Not only was the wait long but the after I was done with my drink I opened the cup bcs it tasted a. It funny. And they?re was stuff IN my drink. It was a water and they?re we?re black and brown specks floating around and stuck to the cup. It looked as if the cup was dirty before hand.
I really enjoy the latte and iced cappuccino! They are fantastic!
