Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Locust Grove

I've never had a bad experience here, and I've been plenty over the years. The staff have always been friendly, the food and blizzards exceptionally good. The only drawback is the location, as it's apart of a run down gas station that's parking lot desperately needs to be repaved. Aside from that, I have no complaints!

Couldn?t hear the person running the drive-thru well, so we had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times to which they decide it?s okay to speak to the customer as if they are an inconvenient annoyance. I can forgive a long wait in a drive-thru even with the kitchen closed, but you?re not going to keep business if you keep treating customers like garbage because they can?t hear you. We won?t be coming back to this location. P.S. the cookie dough and sugar cones tasted stale.

I've always enjoyed going to Dairy Queen since I was a kid, and while I know things change over time, I still have certain expectations when it comes to service and quality food! I didn't find the cashier friendly! It was as if I was interupting her break, even though she was supposed to be working! No one likes to be treated like an imposition! The food was ok. Although the rotisserie chicken bites were not even close to be good enough for for the price! Be forewarned... And no one seems to care, because there's a freaking pandemic going on, but I betcha they want good service and quality food wherever they go! I don't think I'll be going back to this place again!

I?ve visited this location about 4 times and in the past the food was hot and great; however, today I asked for fresh fries and the lady said they cook them upon order. That was not true. The fries were cold and the burger was cold and dried out.
