Kfc - Locust Grove

Thank you CRYSTAL and Mrs BRANDY for the great customer service and knowledge of the food products. I didn't give five stars because, when I first went to no one, at the front counter and after waiting for a little while, a young man came into the counter, but never made an eye contact and hadn't spoken, then began to go back to the back. I asked if the store was open when no one was at the counter and he did not greet me. Finally, he advised that he was new and I just wanted someone else. He was pleasant and smiling, but I think a little more training is required in the welcome of the customers. Knowledge of products comes with time. Mrs BRANDY gave me my order and her presence and delivery was excellent she needs an increase! You also have a 94/A score and are set.

The service reminded me that we exist post-pandemic and personnel issues. After a few moments the Mgr recognized me and as he went to me, the checkout appeared from the bathroom. This store is a Combo Taco Bell/KFC. I didn't see any self-determining screens. It's clean. I also noticed that it has things that always seem to be in the Taco Bell near my house. I ordered crispy roasted chicken and honey BBQ wings. The wings were beautifully flavored. The dark meat crispy fried chicken was dry, crispy and tasteful. The green beans are flavored with onion... no meat (pork) taste. The first bite was good... the next required salt. All in all, that was a good experience. I'll try the original recipe next time. I returned later, went through the drive-thru, which was busy, but quickly moved. It approached the closing time, so they were out of objects I wanted to order. My son said the food was very good. He ordered the chicken sandwich, mac n chz and mashed n gravy. I will return.
