Feedback gevenIf I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I arrived to pick up my order and waited for the expected time. When I got home, my pizza looked like what you see in the picture. I had to go back to the restaurant and wait while they fixed it. I didn't receive an apology, and when I asked for a refund, they brushed it off as just a minor issue. I explained the inconvenience it caused, and they offered either a two-liter drink or a refund, but wouldn’t let me keep the pizza. I told them I would report this situation to the company.
I picked up my order at 12:00 PM. By 4:30 PM, I was still waiting for the Crazy Bread that was part of my order—after being told it would be ready in 30 minutes when I called at 3:30 PM. This is unacceptable! The service has been consistently poor at all the locations I've visited. It's time for corporate to make some changes because this is just not working. Hot and ready should actually mean something!
Terrible service. Manager? with the costume wig is a nasty little troll. 0 stars. not recommended. would not correct my order. And the dead bugs in the lobby. Manager called me a liar. absolutely disgusting. had to call the police.
This place is a joke, and I sincerely hope they turn off or otherwise go out of business. I have placed an order online for picking up in the store, arrived at the specified time, trying to go in the front door, just to find it locked. Trying to show an employee my online order that the app said was complete, through the window, and she just screamed Drive-Thru! and turned away. I sat in this drive-thru line for half an hour with only 2 cars in front of me, then to say when I made it to the window that they are closed, despite the fact that I had already paid for food and waited an additional half hour. I thought under new management could mean that this location had improved, at least a bit, but they are worse now.
The customer service is awful and the employees appearance is awful, clothes are too tight, shirts are nasty, and hair is all over the place. I placed a order at 7:45 and it an hour before I got my food and left. The young lady working the counter and the window appeared to not want to do anything, she would leave the cash register drawer open, on her phone while taking orders and just forget about the drive thru. If you applied for the job and accepted the job you should apply yourself when it comes to your appearance, work ethic and customer service. Young people we must do better in order to get better.
