The last two times? the same guy took our order. he is a bit rude and has only one ton that is not good for the circumvent with customers. but I can handle it. but tonight we ordered $52 worth food. we got our bag and wanted to check them. we should have 5 chalupas, but only 4 had. I don't know how big it is, so I'm telling the guy we're missing a chalupa. (and I told him nice. I am very not confrontational) he literally argued with me and was super rude. he insisted that we all had 15 articles when I showed him that we had only 14. he made mine man in a show to them all our things. then he told my husband that we shouldn't have used the drive. ve used the app.
25 minutes to 8 cars to operate is insane. a couple of tips would have been 3 minutes. Why can't these other places be 1/3 so efficient and have taken me out in 10 minutes?

The employees are mostly nice, but some of them. not so much. Be careful to check their bag before they leave! Last time I came here, we told them we didn't get any of our articles, but got another one. they continued to argue with us that we ordered that article they gave us. the article was missing and the additional item we did not order we both on the entry together with the rest of the order. they accused us for both articles they gave us the missing articles, but not for the extra refund and would not take them back. we were in a hurry, the only reason why the problem was not pushed further.
