Arby's - Locust

As a former fast food employee, I understand how challenging it can be to manage a busy drive-thru with a small team. However, this location handled it effortlessly! I visited for the first time, and since my family loves Arby's, I have nothing but positive feedback to share.

We had higher expectations. The turnover was undercooked, the large fries were only half full and soggy, and the sandwiches were a messy disappointment. The dining room is rarely open. Overall, it was a letdown for a brand new restaurant.

Rating: 12 out of 10! The drive-thru staff were incredible, especially the young lady who checked our steak and cheese order. She was so cheerful and even asked if we needed any sauces. She wished us an enjoyable meal and a great day, encouraging us to come back. And we definitely will! We had the 4 for $10 deal two weeks ago, but it wasn't available in Concord. Thank you, Locust! Today, we treated ourselves to the new steak and cheese, which was fantastic. We hope it stays on the menu! We're looking forward to trying the Cajun fish wrap. Can't wait to see your wonderful staff again soon!
