Dairy Queen (treat) - Locust

Incompetent staff. Long wait for no reason! Slooooow! This location will not honor the free blizzard from the DQ surveys. No one there seems to knows how to enter survey numbers so they do not honor them. This was on the night of 10/9/2023. Talking to staff is like talking to wall. We will never return to or recommend going to this location ever. The owner should teach the staff about the free DQ rewards blizzard since they do not seem to know anything about them or how to ring them up! We are really upset by what we had to deal with! Complete incompetence!

Went around 3:15 today and the gentleman working was so helpful, patient, and professional! Thank you!

This restaurant is consistently closed and when they are open, they seem unable to take orders. I have a feeling that they simply do not want to work.

The restaurant closed their dining room early at 7pm today, despite a long line of cars waiting. I returned only 10 minutes later to find that all the cars had left, as the workers had decided to close early, even though their hours were supposed to be till 10pm. They ended up closing at 8pm. However, when the restaurant is open, the blizzards are quite good.

Wanted a chili dog and small vanilla sundae the 2 for 5 deal but the lady said they stopped serving food there was no indication on the signs and this was 6pm on a Saturday.
