I ordered an ice cream cake for my mom's birthday on the Baskin Robbins website. I ordered a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream base, with an almond caramel decoration. I asked if the almonds could be changed out for peanuts in the comments section, and I submitted my order. They called me a few minutes later and asked if pecans would be okay instead (as they didn't have peanuts for topping) I really liked the quick communication and the offer! I told them the almonds would be fine, since they didn't have peanuts. The cake was ready for pickup (can't comment on the ambiance, as it was a pickup order) exactly at the time I asked for in the order, and it was delicious! Very rich, looked great for a birthday party, and exactly what I ordered. Mom loved it! I highly recommend this location!
I can’t even count how many times the employees have told us that their blenders are not working if we come in after 9 PM. They’re never friendly, the milkshakes are inconsistent and they often close before 10 PM.
The worst service ever. I pre ordered online a birthday cake and paid for it. Went in day of birthday and they had no record of the order. Showed them my bank statement showing the online deduction and they said they would make it. Went back an hour later and they tell me that the manager said not to make it. That they didn't have record of the order. Didn't offer to make another for a discount or anything just SOL, basically. Never order another thing from that store. So disappointing. It was my daughters 21st birthday cake.
My sons backpack got stolen at the beginning of the month at the front of this store because they are not allowed to have backpacks in the stores. That same day, he went into the baskin robbins asking if somebody had turned it in. He was told no. The following day, he asked again, gave a description of the backpack and was told no. Monday, my husband received a call stating baskin robins had the backpack for nearly 2-3 weeks and that we needed to pick it up. My husband and I took our son on Monday when we got off work to get the backpack. My son went in was told the backpack was not there. My husband then went it confirmed that the phone number that called him was their number that he was told the backpack was there. The young man that was at the front told my husband that the owner decided to take the backpack with him home. UMM WHY?! The man then told my husband to try back the following day. Tuesday( the next day) my son went in asked for his backpack. He AGAIN was told that it wasn 't there. I called the store once I got off work. A young lady answered I asked to speak with the manager. I was passed to a young girl asked if she was the manager she replied yeah, why I said excuse me, yeah, why?! She said no that 's not what I said, I said yeah what 's wrong then told me she couldn 't hear me. So I drove to the store. I asked again to speak with the manager was given a young man, apparently the same one who had talked with my husband. I was given the run around. I was being pleasant with them until now. Then I got upset WHERE IS MY SONS BACKPACK. I was then told that the owner took it to the Lodi adult school... my son does not go to the Lodi adult school, he goes to Lodi high, right across the street. why has the backpack sat there for a couple weeks without contact or acknowledgment, the day we are informed it 's there, it goes missing?! I demanded to speak with the owner. He explained to me that nobody from his store called (which we confirmed the phone number with the young man) and that he took the backpack because he was tired of seeing it in his store THEN WHY DIDNT THEY GIVE IT TO MY SON WHEN HE ASKED TWO DAYS IN A ROW WENT IT FORST WENT MISSING?! Then the owner got rude with me, explaining that he doesn 't even know if we are talking about the same backpack, I explained how coincidental it is to get a call from their store saying my sons red backpack was found. He told me, there are a lot of red backpacks out there! NOW IM REALLY MAD! Basically they held my sons belongings for more than two weeks, when attempts were made to get it. Then gave us the run around for the past two days. HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY RUDE IN THE PROCESS. gave my backpack to a school that I don 't even know!!!! HOW DOES ANY OF THIS MAKE SENSE!! The staff is rude condescending. The owner is just as rude, unapologetic. The staff members need to be thought how to speak with people. Not all people that ask to speak with managers are going to be rude. I wasn 't until we got the run around. What a waste of my time. Who ever originally called us, needed to inform us that the owner was going to take it somewhere else. The lack of accountability is astounding!! I used to take my kids to this baskin robbins all the time, never again because of their behavior. They basically stole my sons belongings
