Blaze Pizza - Lodi

I have been going to this Blaze location for a few years now and I have never had any issues with ordering my pizza online. However, recently, for three times in a row, the staff have been making my pizza with toppings missing that I specifically requested when placing my order. When I asked why they didn't add the toppings, they gave me a nasty attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. Perhaps the management should ensure that the people they hire are capable of reading and understanding simple directions.

It was our first time here. You choose toppings and make your own pizza. They were out of mushrooms, onions and ice, BUT it's ok the food and experience was still good.

I went to the restaurant to order a custom vegan pizza in person. Unfortunately, several toppings were not available, such as fresh basil, green bell peppers, mushrooms, sautéed onions, red pepper, zucchini, and arugula. This was disappointing as these toppings are important when ordering without cheese or meat and with plenty of veggies. When I inquired about the missing toppings, I was informed that they were not available, which was disappointing. The pizza I ended up with was not very satisfying, and it seemed like the branch may be struggling. It's important for businesses to not show their struggles, especially at the front counter, as it can send a negative message to customers. Additionally, I noticed that the salad tray was wilted and brought it to their attention. While I was just trying to help, it seemed to upset the supervisor. I hope the restaurant can improve as my past experiences have not been great. I wish them good luck.

Good pizza , won?t say it?s the best I had . Nevertheless better than other chains . I went just before closing , might be because of that my pizza was a little sluggish. Staff were good. As it?s one of the best chains near by I will go again . Thehighlight is make our own pizza , it gives lot of flex

I absolutely adore this restaurant, especially this specific location. It's my go-to favorite because of the exceptional customer service I always receive. Upon entering, I am always greeted with a warm hello and a friendly smile. The pizzas here taste absolutely delicious, with the perfect dough that is always fresh and flavorful. Compared to other similar pizza places like Blaze, the difference in the quality of dough is quite noticeable. At other places, the dough looks and tastes like cardboard, but here at this restaurant, the dough is freshly pressed as the pizzas are made, resulting in a much more fresh and delicious taste, in my opinion.
