We went to pick topick up our wine recently and was treated very differently no welcome. Just overheard an employee say what are they doing here . didn't ask if we wanted to taste. Just got the bums rush. They've redone their tasting room. Moved out all their history. We are obviously not who they want there. Very disappointing. The Grounds are still very beautiful. Not sure if different people are running it now. But now a much different vibe and not in a good way.
The wine was fantastic and the scenery is amazing.... I loved it and became a member, and since I have become a member they have remodeled the place and its even more AMAZING !!! LOVE THE FLOWER'S AND THE NEW LOOK ???????
Their wines are strong, as they are complex. I would mostly recommend the red wines, especially the carignane, which demonstrates the whole history abd value of their vineyards!
Really nice property and layout. The piped in music is a nice touch as well. Tried the Merlot, 3 Zins and the dessert wine (a tad too sweet). The zins all had a very berry forward aroma and taste but they're pretty nice. I hear the live music's a treat so need to plan another visit.
We fell in love with this hidden gem. With there being so many beautiful wineries in Lodi we had not been able to stop by until Memorial Day. We started off as a small group of (9) and ended with 20. Our host was amazing and she went above and beyond with our giant group. It was such a calm and relaxing winery, I felt like I was in a completely different area. The horses were so cute and so was the cat. Perfect for both small and large groups. Also the wine was a 10/10. I had the white wine tasting and the symphony was a delicious 10/10. Most of the group did the red and they all loved all of them especially the dessert wine.
