Feedback gevenThis food found on a Yelp email. My wife and I stopped to check it out. We were not disappointed. The ambience is small and casual, as we like it, on the background you here music from our Latin culture. The host/owner Jay is friendly and attentive, he always ensured that we and other tables take care of. My wife ordered Pernil (Roast Pork) with rice and Cassava, I have a Cuban sandwich. My wife's food was exquisite, delicately delicious. My Cuban sandwich was gigantic. Full of meat, cheese, pickles, etc and a foot long, it came with crispy flavor-plant chips. We left for the next lunch. I ordered a flan (Custard) to go because I was too full to fit more food in me. This evening I tasted her flan and it tasted a little generic, dry and gummy, not fresh at all. I would have given Soul Caribe a 5 stars if it wasn't for the flame. Regardless of the Flan-Fiasco, I would highly recommend this fine facility. I will definitely come back and enjoy other participants from their menu.
Incredibly authentic Spanish food. The Empanadas, the Croquetas and the Frita Cubana!!!!
Chuleta Frita were delicious crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Yuca en mojo was so soft.
Love loves her food. The staff is brilliant and the owner is very attentive to his costumes and is a very sweet guy. Your Cuban sandwich is highly recommended and they also have my favorite Colombian soda to postobon!
Locals should stop through to support. Food is very good and flavorful. BYOB
