Osteria Vecchia Lodi

There is nothing better to savor the cuisine and the homemade atmosphere with a glass of wine and something to eat. We found this place after a work commitment in the area and upon entering the owner greeted us. The place is very dated and you can tell from the decor. The mise en place is simple but suitable for a working clientele ... as are the generous portions. We opted for a pasta dish with mushrooms and a slice of roast pork cup with mashed potatoes ... washed down with the house wine. Pasta a little too overcooked for my taste but it tasted good. the pork cup was remarkable, but I can't say the same about the industrial puree. All in all it was exactly as expected. An extra point for the courtesy of the owner.

Real Lodi flavours. In this restaurant you can find the old and the new Lodi food tradition. Not too big, easy to find at new site with a lot of car parking. Nice people very helpful but they take time better if you are not in hurry.

Osteria caratteristica dove d'estate c'è un piccolo maneggio e la cucina è fantastica
