Rise Rooftop - Loei

Three times back. Nice open roof. There's a pool. Drinks are excellent. This is really a hole in the wall gemstone. Eating looks good. The staff is fantastic.

As another reviewer mentioned, they do a very nice whisky sour cocktail here. The French fries are equally delicious, among the best I ever had in Bangkok. Relaxing atmosphere!

I used for breakfast at Best Western hotel. The breakfast itself is so so. The bar is surrounded by the buildings and I think good sight is not expected at night.

I had a great time with my friends in Rise. We ordered a bottle service that was quite cheap compared to America. Average $100 (lower shelf) 300 (upper shelf) per bottle. Beer was a big server. He was very helpful and attentive. If we need something, he was a few meters away. Great place to prepare before you go to the clubs in the area.

Very nice view and atmosphere. Very friendly, nice, attentive staff. Eating was... Drinks were great. Not cheap to Thailand standards, but worth it. RECOMMENDATION
