We went through the ride and they were very clear over the microphone, made sure that our orders were correct when we mumbled, and when we came into the window, we went out of the way to give us what we demanded and more. And wished us a good night and a happy thanks.
50 cents of ice cream for the kids... can't beat this, decent food (it's fast food) and the Asst Manager was great to see every time we go. Excellent service and attention for the customer.
It took a long time in the car thru. The pommes were stabbed. In the price! Burger was cold. My shake was soup when I got it. Very disappointed!
The food is usually good, but this time they have the order completely wrong. I asked about NO SAUCE on my burger and it was broken into ketchup. I've never had any problems, but now I'll think twice about coming back here. The cashier has what we ordered and it was still wrong. And we were the only people there. Very disappointed is an understatement.
Get your act together guys. After waiting a very long time to get to the drive through speaker they informed me their card machine was down and couldn?t take my order. I informed them I was now just stuck in line and had already waited a long time. They then served all the cars in front of me very slowly without parking any of them. When I yelled up to the window to park the cars some employee yelled at me to be patient. The guy with the headset was polite but the other guy failed to understand the situation and reacted inappropriately as a result. Seek first to understand, boys, and try to remember who the customer is.
