Chugz - Logan

I don't know what the problem was last night, but the staff was so grim and rude!!! One of the employees was Schnitzel and simply rude. The last experiences I had with the staff of the night were terrible?

My experience was terrible that we were there at 10:05, so we had 25 minutes to close and there was 1 car in front of us and one behind us. We ordered 3 strawberry milk shakes and while we paid the worker, obviously was not happy that we were there. She let us go and wait for our milkshakes. After we had waited for 20 minutes and the two cars were already gone, so at this point it was about 10:25 and we wanted to go when the worker runs out and gives us our milkshakes and one of them falls over when they handed over the milkshakes and just walked over our car and the driver and the worker without saying anything. I liked to give this company so much money, but after the experience of last night I won't go there anymore.

Drinks were amazing and many good options for a good price! my only complaint is the pretzel bite, the cheese sauce was watery. the bites were definitely pulled out of the freezer and on site microwaved, I expected homemade pulp manufacturers type bites, but these were a waste of money.

I love chugz and I am a frequent customer. However, they do not fix the lids. I often take the drink for my own.

I love chugz! My favorite drink is the Dracula drink but my family loves pretty much any flavor on the menu. They also have delicious peanut butter Rice Krispies!
