Hungry Buffalo - Logan

I visited this restaurant while on a business trip. The restaurant was clean and the service was okay, but the food was disappointing. I ordered the 12 oz Ribeye with a shrimp skewer and two sides - fries and seasonal vegetables. The steak was thin and tough, with the connective tissue not properly broken down. It was also lacking in seasoning, requiring additional salt. I have had better steaks at Applebee's, which are not known for their quality. However, the fries and vegetables were decent. The server was friendly and attentive, which was the highlight of the meal.

The burgers at this restaurant are very large. The Bacon bacon burger has almost half a package of bacon on it. The fish sandwich was also huge, covering the entire length of the plate. The sweet potato fries are absolutely delicious! I would make a trip just for those fries alone! I definitely recommend this place for lunch. The service was great.

We decided to dine at this restaurant because many others were closed on Monday. Although other reviews weren't promising, we decided to give it a try. Our first warning sign was seeing an axe-throwing employee sleeping on the counter through the window. Inside, the hostess greeted us with indifference. We were seated quickly, and the waiter took our drink orders. After a reasonable wait, our drinks arrived, followed by our salads. It took a long time for our main dishes to arrive, and when they did, they were brought out by someone who didn't know which dish belonged to whom. I ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger, which was average except for the delicious bacon. The fries were cold, indicating they had been sitting for a while. My wife's half-rack of ribs was dry and tough, a disappointing choice. Overall, the meal was below average and the service was lacking.

I was not satisfied with my meal and asked for a replacement with chili, but it was disappointing as well. Another diner ordered shrimp skewers and the shrimp were extremely small, which was quite embarrassing. We had to request a spoon for applesauce and were given a dirty one. When we requested a clean spoon, we were met with disapproval as if it was an inconvenience. We spoke to a manager, but only a young man came to offer us a discount and a clean spoon, which never materialized.

The shrimp on the skewers were incredibly small. We didn't receive any cutlery, and when we finally did, it was dirty. We asked to speak to a manager, but only a teenage boy came over, offered a discount, and promised to bring us a spoon. However, neither the discount nor the spoon ever arrived. On a positive note, the chili we ordered was delicious.
