IHOP 1736, Logan

We went in and we said it was 15 minutes, sitting in a rather empty restaurant. when we ordered a limonade, it came to us, as usually water and the waitress sadly told us that 's what it is. the food was burned easily. we were a little disappointed by our visit. in fairness it looked like they were short on the staff.

Sabrina is the best! my party and I were so thrilled by the incredible customer service she has! we saw that she was the only server in the entire etage and she managed to be super efficient and she just killed it! we had our drinks and eat even faster than when they work fully personal! it is very clear the difference between her professionalism and qualitatiw high quality service! she was so fast and super friendly! she deserves to have doubled her sons!

Eating was in order, but service was incredibly slow. we came when the restaurant was full about the half and had to wait 1 hour for our food. they forgot to eat my man and we asked ourselves to take it. they did it, but we would have preferred to have all eaten together.

My family usually loves coming to IHOP but the service and food has been sub-par the last few times we've been here. We went the other day and ended up leaving and going to Denny's across the street because no one was seating us. We waited for a while, and the restaurant was by no means busy as we only saw customers at one table. Possibly remembered us for not tipping the last few times, but honestly, your tip really depends on your service and food. Cold food and slow service doesn't knock it in my opinion, especially if you aren't busy with few customers.

Decided to come here for breakfast, we hadn’t been to IHOP in years so we figured why not. Well it was a mistake, the food was so bland and over cooked. My cup had what looked like boogers on it when it first came to me. It started getting super busy and other people were waiting for over 30 minutes to either get their food or to even order. Some people even got up and left because of it. So needless to say if you want some good breakfast food explore other options or just cook at home.
