Now for a start was the drive thru service pathetic! 17 mins with 4 cars in front. I thought eating is freshly cooked, not! looks like my one is in the microwave.
Had missed a burger from the order, then the wrong burger arranged, then gave a cheeper burger when I paid. the sauce missing. I suppose if they were busy, I would understand, but there were more employees than customers in the business. not a great first impression.
I have never tasted anything so revolting in my life. I was very disappointed since the last time I ordered here was perfect and now Carl's Jr hit rock bottom. Yesterday I ordered A tradies meal deal and I tried the chips and it was ice cold and tasted horrible, it was inedible and it also had a funky smell to it. The Famous Star Burger also had a funky smell to it and first bite, it tasted horrible and was ice cold. The bun was crunchy, it was like old, the lettuce looked old and hardly any onion or tomato on it. Because of that I ended up throwing out the Double Cheeseburger as that one had a funky smell to it. This meal made me want to throw up. I am trying to get a refund from Uber Eats but no reply. The only good thing at the moment is the Oreo Thickshake but even then still deserves 1 star.
Honestly so disappointed, my partner and I ordered Uber eats under the usual pretence that we will get all of our order. One whole meal was missing meaning my partner and I had to share one meal then cook. Which obviously beats the purpose of ordering out. We are frequent customers and have never been this disappointed before.
