My Slice Bakery - Logan City

Noticed this bakery recently on my travels in the area. What caught my eye on this occasion was the enormous neenish tarts. So of course I succumbed & bought one for a sugar hit. Rather sweet overall as they had lemon on the pastry base as well as a huge mound of sweet mock cream on top of that along with the icing. Pastry was OK probably the only thing that wasn't overly sweet

I wanted to visit the gloria jeans again, but it was too early and it was not opened on the other day. then I had to check the bakery. remember, it's fun and steak cake was not badly ordered so easy last time. now, the filling was obviously reduced without as many mushroom slices as last time. diced bark was usually replaced by chop meat. though, that baked and kept the standard. easy disappointing this time review: previous review: mai

Had a few cake experiences lately, so this local bakery could also try. at the beginning 07:30 clock dropped into the Underwood marketplace and there was no food yet, except this bakery. approached theke and asked for a steak and mushroom cake. the pasty is kept soft throughout. large cubed meat mixed with reasonable mushroom slices and balanced taste deserved a better brand this time. 4.5/5 mai 2020
