Feedback gevenManager is pushy. Tries too hard to talk you into buying more than what you want. My chicken was burnt on the wing and it was greasy but everything else was okay. Too expensive for a very small portion of food
I don't usually take the time to actually write a review unless I love everything, I was treated poorly or if I experience issues multiple times. This is now the 3rd time we've ordered and the 3rd time we've had missing items or an entire order never makes it to my door....I know, shame on me, but I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt because I'm a restaurant manager myself. Food is delicious. One star off because they didn't have the option to dine-in. We sat down and ate anyways. It was also very cold in the restaurant.
Mess! They don’t take online orders. When I called they refuse to take order over the phone.
The behavior from manager Jonetta is beyond rude and completely unacceptable. I went in for a takeout order and she was yelling at one of her employees, a girl with black hair to get out. I was appalled that a manager would do this and embarrass an employee IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I will not be back to this location because of Jonetta. If this is what Boston Market thinks is acceptable behavior for a manager, maybe that’s why there’s hardly any around anymore.
