Chungkiwa - Logan County

First time trying Korean BBQ. The food was really good. The waiter made sure we have everything we need. The place is small but the atmosphere was pretty good. Definitely coming back.

My brother and I are huge Japanese yakiniku lovers. With no authentic yakiniku restaurants in the NW suburbs, we chose this as a “close enough” alternative for lunch today. It wasn't merely a sufficient substitute, it was a stellar and absolutely fantastic experience! Much less of a dent in the wallet as well, at least compared to similar places. 10/10 will definitely do again.

Great service and good bbq. Update: Been coming here for over 15 years. Best beef cuts and quality with light and right seasoning. Recommend Galbi And Haagen Dazs was served after meal.

My husband and I went on a Sunday afternoon after learning the restaurant we wanted to go to closes early on a Sunday. Accidentally finding Chungkiwa was the best thing ever. The service here is excellent. They routinely checked on us if our food was good and if we need more banchan. They had 2 staff checking on the entire restaurant but were very polite and kind.
