Dunkin' - Logan County

Again, 2 years later. And you guys still can't get any orders right. Coffee. In an unsweetened tea order. Mistakes once in a great while. Fine, stuff happens. Years of the same mistakes? Different mangers? And still the same results? If I took a shot for how many times you people messed up my orders over the span of 2 years, I'd be dead of alcohol poisoning. I stopped coming here entirely, and buy from the Starbucks down the street. More expensive, but at least they get my orders right.

Terrible place. My food isn’t even warmed up.. don’t come here. This place needs to be shut down…

I come through the drive thru at least 3 times a week and order a med hot match latte and every time it’s only filled 3/4 of the cup! I am paying for a MEDIUM not a small!!!! I should be getting what I not only asked for — but for what I’m paying for!!!

Card reader was down at register. Ended up getting a refund for about three times what my large coffee was supposed to cost yesterday so clearly it went very wrong. Maybe bring cash if you're going here. The coffee was okay, not amazing.
