Dunkin' - Logan County

My favorite spot! Coffee good how I like it!!!Staff real nice

Had a real rough experience here, got a mess of 2 wake up wraps slopped into one bag, got my money back at least. Didn’t get a apology didn’t get much but a pain, skip this place. Coffee wasn’t great either.

Where to start.. staff ignored guests, was there to pick up an order and after 5 minutes finally got their attention and was only a chocolate shake. I waited 12 more minutes and watched the workers take care of people in the drive-thru and take out the garbage. Suggest drive-thru!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would for very very rude customer service. I go to Dunkin everyday, sometimes 4—6 times a day. They need to learn how to talk to people at this location. Horrible

I get coffee every morning and I choose this Dunkin every time. Fastest service I have ever experienced. Very friendly staff. Other franchises should pick up from here. Great job
