A group of 4 walked in and took our reservation for a table of 8, then we proceeded to wait an hour to be seated instead of management asking the other table to move to another table. Then we waited another hour for food to be served. 2 hours into this reservation we ate undercooked food due to the kitchen being rushed to get it out. This was voiced to management and we received an “ok, sorry”. We won’t be coming back here.

Its an OK place to Go to. Ambiance — is beautiful. very italian.have some figurines and flowers. this location was established in 2003. The atmosphere was very calm and soothing music was on.we went in on weekday night and there were plenty of empty tables. Kitchen- open kitchen. looks clean. but manager and the other staff members were actually walking around and eating in the kitchen area. which was unacceptable for me.
