The food was pretty good but the service was terrible. One waitress was very rude and short with us when we asked questions. The service was slow and we had to ask multiple times for things before it was done.

It’s been about 2 years since I’ve been here…seems there was an ownership change since the food was different and decor updated. For me this was between a 3 and 4 star. Food taste wise, I would give it a 3 because the pork back stew was bland. This used to be their specialty and so flavourful. But now it was bland and watery. The boiled pork belly was also a bit bland. The extra star to give it a 4 star was the value. We got a set menu for $65 and so much food for 4 people.

My friend and I wanted to check it out thinking it was korean BBQ. It was a pleasant surprise to find out it was a hot pot place. Will definitely come back in the winter.

This place is the place to go to for authentic Korean dishes. It's been over a decade since my first time but their food is still good as my first time. They have over a dozen menu items but they specialize in their soup and pork menus. My favorite is the Daeji Kalbi, pork rib l, which is marinated in soy base sauce, and has a hint of sweet.
