Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago and the lady who takes orders was so rude. Please hire people with some enthusiasm or at least some kindness, you don’t wanna go back when you deal with an attitude just for making an order.

Only the drive thru is open due to lack of skilled staff. Apparently Andy's Ice cream has hired the all the good employees.

We were just stuck in the drive thru for 50 minutes and couldn't get out of line… I wouldn't come here if you have anywhere to be afterward. Unfortunately this isn't the first issue we have had here. I ordered a pineapple shake once and was given a strawberry shake (it was visibly a pink shake) when I kindly told the employee that it was wrong she gave me nothing but attitude and insisted that it was pineapple without even looking at it. Great icecream, I would not mind the price if Cleanliness and hospitality matched it.

This location is awful, too much going on in one building. They struggle with getting orders correct, the ice cream is low quality…go to Andy’s down the road
