I love PF Changs, The food is great and especially the server Martin....he is EXCELLENT. (I do have t mention that the reception check in by the front door looks extremely dirty with the rug disgusting which needs immediate attention!!! This doesn't make me think the kitchen is very clean???

Nice dining experience, lovely waitress. But the food, was gross. Would not recommend it anyone and not filling. The dumplings gave my kids, my mom, my cousins food poisoning. We went celebrate a party and instead all had diarrhea from the food. The ginger inside the dish had visible mold baked into it. Everything was over salty. You can tell they don’t care, I called and complained and got no reimbursement, no nothing. I will have to waste further time calling corporate. Horrible food. … – show

Great food. Long wait, 45min+, even with a reservation.

Smoothest takeout experience I've had so far. Very impressed with the management.

We came in Friday night with our two toddlers. We got there a little early, but we were sat right at our reservation time and we were able to get a table with a high chair for my youngest. When we got to our table my youngest was screaming and crying as we tried to calm her down. She would not stop. We were getting stares from diners nearby. To my extreme surprise, 30 seconds later the manager Jess greeted our table herself with an offering of a side of fruit as a distraction for my little one. … – show
