Taqueria San Miguel - Logan County

Taqueria San Miguel is my absolute favorite place for Mexican food in the area. Seriously a hidden gem. We usually get take out, and the order is always correct and hot. When we have time to eat at the restaurant, we love the homey service and feel. My personal favorite tacos are the chorizo and the pastor. We have also had burritos, flautas, chile rellenos and several of the steak tacos. Everything has been great.

Great authentic flavor! They are also really nice and treat customers excellent, the place is also very clean. Will be coming back for sure.

I discovered this place by total accident… While reading reviews of downtown steakhouses, I saw a familiar person and read all their reviews some were local, I kinda guessed we had similar tastes… It turns out I've been driving past this spot for years right off Roosevelt Road and just blocks from my place! Their food is outstanding! I ordered a steak burrito and it tasted fresh without being an oil kettle like many Mexican restaurants I've been to. The complementary chips and salsa tasted great; the chips were nice and crisp without oily residue (almost like eating Doritos but without the overpowering fake flavors).
