Bob Evans - Logansport

Went there for dinner. Showed up a little before 7PM. I ordered pot roast, my wife ordered chicken and noodles. Normally when you go, they bring out rolls or biscuits before the meal. I know they do this there because the table next to us had them on the table pre meal. When the waitress came back to the table, I asked her to bring them before our meal. She comes back and says they’re out and cooking some more. 15 minutes later, she comes back to the table and asks if we need anything. She completely forgot. She goes back and comes to tell me they’re still not done. Ten minutes later she brings our meal, they’re still not done. I get halfway through my meal, still not done. We get completely finished with our meals and she proceeds to tell me they’re going to be another 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. I make a big deal of this because those rolls are the main reason I go to Bob Evans. Somebody was not being honest. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to cook those no way. They also forgot my wife’s green beans. We won’t go back.

Very good food, I had the cheeseburger meal and tea, it was cooked the way I asked and my glass was never empty. The waitress was very polite and kind. The cost was not expensive. I will there again and recommend to others.

Had a small business meeting here, it was quiet and the staff did well accommodating our needs.

I walked into the restaurant about 10 minutes after they opened and waited for 10 minutes without seeing anyone let alone getting seated.
