Feedback gevenI've visited this restaurant many times over the years, but each month it seems to decline further. I can't understand how a Panda Express can be out of white rice for three weeks in a row.
The portions were excellent, and there was a great selection of dishes. The food was delicious, and I will definitely be coming back. The dining area was clean, making it a pleasant place to eat. The service was friendly as well.
I won't be going back to the Loganville location. The last three times I've visited, I've ended up with a bowl mostly filled with rice and just a tiny piece of meat. I'm not going to pay $8 for a bowl of rice. Instead, I'll be heading to the Snellville location, where they actually provide decent portions. It's really disappointing.
While the visits here are occasional, I was satisfied with the food and service. Sometimes there is a waiting for the popular items, but it is never too long. Drive thru can be overcrowded and a bit slow when you go this route during peak hours.
This is the second time my food has been missing. I ordered the honey sesame chicken and the sweetfire chicken with fried rice. I only got the sweet fire chicken. I took pictures but then pressed back and lost them and now I've eaten off the food. However on top of that the chicken wasn't hot and the didn't have any duck sauce or plum sauce. To anyone else I advise you to go to another location that makes sure that their customers have everything they need and pay for. Otherwise stay on top of your order because they will mess it up or leave things off. Apparently, this is a persistent issue so I hope management figures it out with their team
