The service is terrible, the quality is very bad, I ordered a drowned cake, it didn't even have meat, the dry and ugly bolillo was not adequate. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: MX$200–300 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Very bad experience today. I consume approximately 1 to 2 times a month due to work trips. 1- I couldn't add extra egg to my breakfast, they told me that if I wanted egg it had to be another breakfast, when on past occasions I had already added extra and it was charged as such. 2- My payment method is always Amex, to begin with they take a long time for the service, they bring the bill and tell me that Amex is with another terminal, nothing out of the ordinary, I wait and it arrives with a terminal turned off and it tells me that it will go to take an order and he comes back, I wait, he comes back and tells me that the terminal is not working, I tell him that I need to pay with amex. I waited more than half an hour and he didn't return. He sent his partner to tell me that he couldn't charge me like that, how was I going to pay. This 40 minutes later and super rude. I won't have breakfast there again, I understand that it could have been something out of their hands but manners do matter and even more so when they provide a service!!!
