Dunkin' - Lombard

I visited Dunkin' around noon on September 21, 2022. When I arrived, there was one employee who asked me to hold on, which I totally understood, so I waited while he cleaned the oven. After about three minutes, he finally asked if he could help me. I ordered a spiced latte, and to my surprise, he shouted, "Hot or iced!" Feeling taken aback, I replied, "Excuse me?" He then continued to yell, "Hot or iced? Hot or iced!" at least three more times. I was shocked and decided to walk out the door immediately. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this Dunkin' again. I also encourage others to think twice about visiting this location.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Dunkin I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee somehow tastes better than other Dunkin locations, and they always have a great selection of bakery. I work down the street and stop in every morningbefore going into the office, the whole staff knows my coffee so much so that they had it ready for me before I even walked inthe door this morning! AMAZING!!

This Dunkin' Donuts is the best in the neighborhood. I visit for coffee two or three times a week, and it’s always the freshest brew. My orders are consistently accurate and prepared quickly. The staff is always friendly and courteous to everyone.

Update December 2021: I've been frequenting this Dunkin about once a month for most of the year, and I just want to highlight how friendly every employee has been. It truly is an outstanding Dunkin location! It's always a fantastic way to start the day. This Dunkin is excellent! They are incredibly quick in the mornings, which is essential since it's right next to the train station. The sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, and donuts are all fantastic.

After about three minutes, he finally said he could assist me. I ordered a spicy drink, but then the man unexpectedly started yelling, "Hot or iced?" I responded, but he continued to scream "Hot or iced!" at least three times. I was taken aback by this outburst, so I decided to leave immediately. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I will not return to this Dunkin’. I also strongly encourage others to reconsider their visits.
