Habanero Bacon Jalapeno Cheeseburger Lucki I asked about the Habanero Mayonnaise on the side, it was very creamy, but had extremely little other taste, although you could see tiny little yellow bits in it I guess they ground habanero paprika and just a little stirred. Definitely not the same as frying Habaneros and mixing them into the Mayo as sauce, as there was no color change and almost no recognizable taste difference of straight Mayo. The fried jalapeno had good taste and heat that destroyed everything except the creamy Mayo flavor from the dressing. I waiter asked me how I want to cook the burger what I answered medium, I don't think it makes a difference what you say how I was done well, I think the main problem is not training, but instead is that the Patties (2 1/4lb, instead of 1 1/2lb are just too thin ~5/16* that to fully cook them (165° You don't have a pink left just a little thicker than. The burger has no comparison with the very similar Jalapeno Burger at Denny 's, which is much juicier and much better dressing. By far the best parts when the meal roasted jalapeno and the onion rings, which were perfectly boiled, the onion was still very juicy, although so juicy you need to eat them quite quickly so that the crust is not so cheeky. The service was very good, although it was ~3pm on a Sunday, and the restaurant was slow as it was between normal popular hours.

We usually get a good service during the day. But at night it was another story. It seems they're under last night. It took too long to order our food. The worst part was when they brought our food, all bacon and sausage pieces were burned on one side. The cook decided to place the burned side down on the plate. We were very disappointed. To make something worse, the server took too long to come to our table to let them know what happened. In the end, they gave us a 20% discount on our bill.

Customer service has always eaten the same great staff here for years.

Great food. Clean place. The ribs are large. Good taste. The clubhouse sandwich is great.

I have visited other Norms restaurants, but this one was very clean. My waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs as we ate. The salmon was amazing; it was juicy yet crispy. The food and service were great. There was ample handicapped and regular parking. Definitely going back with the family.
