Solvang Brewing Company - Lompoc

With the family on a quiet Wednesday, they had a chicken wing offer this day and they were very cheap (75c), but huge and crispy. the two young at the bar were very friendly and made me a great michaelada, and this food came out quickly. the pizza was also surprisingly good, better than many actual pizza fugen!

We come to this place with mixed results in some areas. the service is rather bad, but yesterday evening it was on the spot. the woman and I feel that their burgers are made really good with high-quality ingredients. the fries are moderate, but at least are not thin fry (not a fan.) we really like the buffalo hot wings that have their own taste and is a difference from the typical frank hot sauce taste. we tried for the first time beignets and the seemed really good. as a fan of the burger and wing, we are here before and recommend to eat in the house as to go. the aromen are not the same when we get to go.

Had great service from Brandi our waitress. Tried the Garlic Truffle and Parm fries....yum My hubby had the Hoptions burger and I had the Red and Golden beet salad

The food was yummy and our server(Mariah) was excellent...very knowledgeable about the menu an accommodating when the kitchen messed up our order.

We both tried something new at Solvang Brewery in Lompoc. I found the Baked Caprese Chicken Sandwiche very tasty. My wife, Dee Dee enjoyed her Chicken Caeser Salad with our Blue Eyed Blonde Lager. Saradon, our server was quick and attentive and the day was beautiful and cool. We are always conscious to pick times when they are not as busy and the brought home several bottled Blue Eyed Blonde Lagers now available at the bar. Yes we enjoyed out time at our favorite local brewery!
