I arrived at the restaurant only to discover that it was closed for renovations. It would be greatly appreciated if you could avoid booking a reservation at a closed establishment. Thank you for your understanding and consideration of our travel time.

I was disappointed that Caramel restaurant did not clearly communicate that they were closed for renovations. I made the trip assuming it was open since I was able to book a reservation before the 7th and checked online, which indicated it was open. It was very inconvenient and disappointing as I had planned to have my birthday meal there.

Unfortunately, this restaurant is closed and OpenTable should not be allowing bookings to be made. I made a reservation to dine here, only to arrive and find that the restaurant was not open. It was a waste of my time.

The restaurant was nearby and they did not inform me and had to call them to find out that it was not happy nearby
