A good place for having a coffee (even though you might find better places for that), and especially if you want to work or read, but make sure you bring some headphones, as it gets noisy at times.
As a fan of Coffee Nero, I have visited a couple of their locations, and this review reflects my experiences there. The layout is cozy, with plenty of seating options, including some comfortable couches and armchairs. However, my hot chocolate was somewhat disappointing—it tasted weaker than I expected, lacking the richness I usually enjoy at Nero. On the bright side, my husband's latte was excellent. We also tried a Belgian chocolate brew, which was fresh and delicious (I took the photo after having a few bites!).
Caffe Nero has always been my go-to place for my daily coffee, and I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about the staff at the Long Acre location. Everyone was incredibly courteous and welcoming, especially Jessica! She made an amazing caffe mocha and provided excellent service.
The hot chocolate here was just average—not very chocolatey and served lukewarm. It was prepared by a trainee barista who struggled a bit with the ordering process, but I believe everyone has to start somewhere.
