Caffe Nero - London

The atmosphere was very relaxed, and the chai latte was beautiful. They even had an interesting character hanging around.

I recently returned to my favorite coffee spot in Chiswick, and it was a pleasant experience. The coffee is strong and they offer several milk alternatives, which is great. The baked goods were also tasty. However, the place could use a bit of updating, as it shows some signs of wear. On the positive side, their takeaway service works well.

The service was outstanding. I mentioned that I am lactose intolerant, and the waitress promptly consulted her manager to ensure that my drink could be modified accordingly. That’s the kind of service that everyone appreciates and enjoys. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Keep it up!
