I can't believe you book for a restaurant that is not open you are shameful, I will never use open table again

Open Table You are a joke!!!! The venue is closed on 22 July. What did you not tell me!!!! I still received memories of the day before my booking!,,, SHAMBOLIC!!!!!!!

The place has been closed since July and people have turned up, not knowing this, open table should also know that. No Pre Show Dinner Not Good enough

It is time that Open Table registers the fact that this restaurant has been closed for months and no longer reservations for it, so customers do not expect their dining room plans are all arranged just to find there is no restaurant!

The American Bar closed permanently last July. I made my reservation last March. Unfortunately, it seems that Open Table has not been informed. The Colesium Theatre (in which the American Bar was sited) did not bother to let me or other people know. I only found out 2 days before we were due there because I looked online to see what their menu was now. When I couldn’t find one, I phoned the Theatre. Poor service by the Colesium but I feel Open Table should be checking on the venues they list as well. There were people in the audience who had travelled a long way and arrived to find their dinner venue was closed leaving them frantically looking for somewhere to get in on a Friday evening in an area that they didn’t know well in poor weather.
