Enoteca Turi - London

Lovely ambience. For a cozier atmosphere I would recommend sitting downstairs by one of the fireplaces. Really good food. The owner came around during dinner which made it feel so homey. Great experience. Good local restaurant. Will definitely be back.

A perfectly balanced dinner this weekend with fresh, individually flavoured ingredients, and a special treat of porcini mushrooms. Delicious Franciacorta and a lovely red wine, suggested by the house, to go with the main course. I hesitate to write a glowing review for fear that the restaurant will be impossible to book in future, but this is an exceptional find. The food is wonderful, the service is solicitous and attentive without being overbearing, and I can scarcely imagine a more pleasurable dining experience. Some of the “famous names” that are very much more expensive could take a cue from this restaurant.

The food was decent but didn't knock my socks off. The bread sticks and Burrata appetizer were more art than satisfying to the pallet. The eggplant ravioli was decent. The highlight was likely the pistachio tiramisu. The price point was quite high but I suppose that's a reflection of its location.

Food was great and service as you would expect for that price range. We were the youngest in the room but that is no reflection of the restaurant. It had a nice feel having the owner keep an eye on things. Like having your Nonna in the room!

Fantastic Italian restaurant with original takes on classic ingredients and first class service. I find often restaurants in this price bracket struggle to strike a balance between traditional and innovative (either straying too far from the soul of a dish and disrespecting the ingredients, or playing it boringly safe). Enoteca Turi straddles the line perfectly every course was a hit with the tiramisu for dessert as a particular standout. Bravo!
