They were unable to offer me any main course that was both gluten and milk free, even though we could find no rationale for the gluten free burgers being classified as containing milk

They didn’t have our reservation (we have an email confirmation) and left 10 of us including my elderly parents and a 2 year old standing outside in the cold.

The food was good as always, reliable. Service was good. But the restaurant was far too cold and we couldn't even take our coats off so we won't be coming back until this is sorted.

Everything was fine (just fine not amazing, not terrible) main criticism would be that portion size was pretty small. I was still really hungry after a £15 main course which I don’t think I should be….
