Cozy and intimate place in Covent Garden with dim lighting, lively conversations and great food.

We called at 6:00 pm on a Friday and were able to get a table for 4 at 9:30 that evening.

We loved this placeIt's run by Spaniards, and they serve a strange melange of traditional British fare with continental delicacies.

Came in at 8pm on 29th august, bought my dinner and went to sit down. was told by a man sweeping the floor that i wasn’t allowed to sit. i said i had specifically bought food and paid the higher price to eat in so that i could use the charging facilities and have a place to sit. the manager came over and said that i couldn’t sit there because they were closing, which they weren’t for an hour. moreover there was already another group sitting, who had obviously finished their food a while ago and the manager seemed in no hurry to usher them along. the cleaner then proceeded to sweep and mop around me and the other guests which is fine he’s going his job but i know that in previous establishments that i have worked in, we don’t start cleaning and closing the store until the store is actually closed. might be good to review this way of operating an establishment. also maybe teach your employees a bit of kindness to allow customers to enter and sit in their establishment during opening hours. blond woman working there was not a nice person. food was fine, lacking in salmon in the poke bowl but what’s new in this economy.

Always surprised by the quality of the food for this price. It’s not Michelin star but the price is neither.
