Khokho - London

Food was ok, but the service and the staff was to be desired for. We were hoping for a good night out with the Dj and cocktails. The DJ was told by staff to pack up early and we were told they didnt have the ingredients for all the cocktails we had wanted . Such a shame as we were really looking forward to having a night out. I had emailed the manager to inform him as he was not there that evening but yet to receive a reply ....

I was very disappointed with Kho Kho when I was turned away, despite having made a reservation a month in advance for a party. Many others were also turned away that night, and the staff didn't offer any explanation or alternative. The employees were quite rude, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won't be returning and will advise others against going there as well.

The service was disappointing! We waited 10 minutes to be greeted at the entrance, then another 30 minutes at the bar (where it was just us) before anyone took our order. After that, it took another 10 minutes to find us a table, even though there were plenty of empty tables available. In total, we spent 3 hours there and only ordered 4 starters and a few drinks! To make matters worse, there was an 18th birthday party going on with very loud music in the background. I spent £10. The food was okay, nothing special, but the decor was beautiful!

I had a reservation for 7:45 and 8:10, but no one came to acknowledge me for quite some time. Eventually, someone informed me that a table would be ready in five minutes and that I should go wait at the bar. When I got to the bar, there was no space available, and I ended up crammed in a corner. By 8:30, I had lost hope and decided to leave. I was very hungry, so I went to Tao Peking instead.

The place looks fabulous, great ambiente. Unfortunately, the service is very slow and the food was so. the starters were nice, but a bit bland. would not recommend.
